Working with Lady Anne Wildlife Cruises gives us access to valuable, long-standing local wildlife observations around Ronay. Nick and Nye bring detailed knowledge of the waters, species and seasonal changes around the island, which can sit alongside formal ecological monitoring and other evidence as our understanding develops. Find out more here.

We have worked with them on baseline surveys of Ronay Island, helping us build a clearer picture of its habitats and species. This evidence can help inform future priorities, appropriate intervention and how change is monitored over time. Find out more here.

Our Steering Meeting Committee

Our steering committee brings together local representatives with diverse backgrounds, experience and connections to Ronay and the surrounding area. Their knowledge and unique perspectives help keep us connected to the area’s history and community and bring valuable local insight to decisions about how the island and its natural resources are managed.

Working closely with the wider Ronay team, the committee provides an important local perspective alongside the ecological evidence and specialist expertise that inform our approach.
