Visit Ronay

Ronay Island is a journey into the wild beauty and storied past of Scotland’s Outer Hebrides.

Discover 35.5 km of unspoiled coastline and a pioneering regeneration project that blends community, heritage and conservation.

Take a wildlife tour of Ronay Island

To explore the island from the water, we recommend Lady Anne Wildlife Cruises. Captained by local wildlife experts Nick and Nye, cruises depart from Kallinn Harbour daily and tour around Ronay Island. You’ll learn about the fascinating history, geology and wildlife on the island.

Entirely off-grid and tucked away in a secluded bay, you’ll find the only property on the 1,500 acre rocky island.

With pristine lochs perfect for paddle boarding, stunning views of the surrounding area, and historic ruins that give a glimpse into life on Ronay Island in the 1800s, there is plenty to explore and learn about.

We’re in the process of renovating the house for it to be used for workshops, educational events, and to aid in community connection to this project. Check back here for updates.
